Who we are

Entrevoverse Exports is a merchant exporter based in India. This notice explains how we handle personal data collected through this website and our workspace.

What we collect

• Buyers: company and contact details, and the product requirements you send us in a quotation request.
• Suppliers: company identity (GST, IEC), contact persons, product capabilities, availability, prices you choose to share and the documents you upload.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information for security, fraud prevention and rate limiting.

How we use it

• To respond to and fulfil quotation requests and orders.
• To source products — requirement details are shared with suppliers only as needed, without disclosing the buyer’s identity.
• To verify suppliers and keep our sourcing data accurate.
• To protect our systems: every important change is recorded in an audit log.

What we never do

We do not sell personal data. Supplier prices are never shown to buyers, and supplier identities are not shared with other suppliers.

Security and retention

• Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, sessions use short-lived tokens and access to data is limited by role.
• We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and tax obligations.
