Will I deal with foreign buyers directly?
No. Entrevoverse Exports contracts with buyers in its own name and manages all buyer communication. You work with our sourcing team, and buyer identities stay with us.
Who can see the rates I enter?
Only authorised members of our sourcing and sales team. Rates are never shown to buyers or to other suppliers, and every change is kept in your rate history.
Do I need a GSTIN or IEC to register?
Not to create an account — GSTIN is optional at sign-up. Adding GST, IEC and certificates later is what gets you verified, and verified suppliers are prioritised.
Is there a minimum order quantity I have to set?
No. Instead of an MOQ we ask what you have ready now, what more you can produce and your lead time. That is how we send you requests you can actually fulfil.
Does answering a sourcing request commit me to an order?
No. A response is your offer — quantity, price and lead time. Orders are confirmed separately and in writing.
What happens after I register?
You can sign in to the supplier portal straight away to add products, availability and rates. Our sourcing team reviews new suppliers, and we remind you when availability or rates go stale.
