Website and quotation requests
Information on this website describes products we can source and is provided for general guidance. Availability bands and lead times are indicative. A quotation request does not create a contract; prices, quantities, specifications, Incoterms and delivery terms are binding only when confirmed in a written quotation or order from Entrevoverse Exports.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused or that provide false information. Access to the workspace is logged.
Supplier terms
- You confirm that company details, certifications and documents you provide are genuine and current.
- Availability, capacity, lead times and rates you enter should be accurate and kept up to date; rates are treated as offers valid until the date you set.
- Rates and commercial information you share are confidential to Entrevoverse Exports and are not disclosed to buyers or other suppliers.
- Entrevoverse Exports contracts with buyers in its own name. You agree not to approach buyers introduced through Entrevoverse directly.
- Responding to a sourcing request does not create an order; orders are confirmed separately in writing.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website. Our obligations for any order are set out in the confirmed order terms.
